“While the restaurant, Happy Jac, didn’t meet my expectations, I appreciated the option to bring our own food, which is allowed. This gave us the flexibility to enjoy our meals without overspending. However, the restaurant's menu was quite limited, and I found it disappointing that many items were unavailable during our visit. “I had two massage therapists come to my room for a relaxing session after a day by the pool. It was convenient, especially with the kids around. The experience of having a massage in the comfort of my room was wonderful, although I must mention that the hotel charged for this service. However, the service left much to be desired, especially given the issues we faced with check-in and staff interactions. The dining options and facilities could also use some improvement.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort, enjoying the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the well-lit pool area. The family-friendly atmosphere was definitely a plus, but there were some safety concerns, especially around the kids' playground and the bar could be better stocked for those looking to relax with a drink.

Westown Lagoon Cebu is an excellent spot for families with kids, featuring numerous pools and play areas that kept my children entertained for hours. The property is well-maintained and clean, which added to our enjoyment. Overall, the water activities make it a great family destination, but the restaurant needs significant improvements.
